What airport Meet & Greet can include, how arrivals, departures and connections are supported, and which optional services depend on the individual airport.
A confirmed Meet & Greet service gives travellers a local point of contact at the airport and assistance through the agreed part of the journey. Depending on the airport and service booked, support may include meeting on arrival or before departure, guidance through the terminal, coordination with the onward chauffeur and assistance locating the appropriate check-in, security, immigration or baggage area. Fast Track, porterage and lounge access are optional airport-specific services and are only included when confirmed.
For arrivals, assistance can help bridge the journey from aircraft or arrivals area to baggage collection and the agreed meeting point with a chauffeur or host. For departures, the service can support the route from the terminal meeting point towards check-in and the relevant departure formalities. Transit assistance is particularly useful when changing terminals or navigating an unfamiliar airport, but the exact meeting point and permitted route vary by airport.
Fast Track is not universal and cannot be assumed at every Italian airport or for every passenger journey. Porter assistance, lounge access, mobility-related coordination and other special requests are likewise subject to local rules and availability.
